Root Canal Retreatment with the EndoColibri®

The canals were already pre-shaped. We completed the shaping process, exploring all accessible anatomy to ensure full mechanical preparation.
Irrigation was performed using the EndoColibri® system.
The tooth was then obturated using our negative pressure obturation technique.

Pre-OP X-Ray

Tooth 36.
Patient was referred after persistant pain despite previous treatment attempts.

Preparation steps

The EndoColibri® probe is used to measure the deepth of the root canal.

After Cleaning With EndoColibri

Cleaning

Before and after irrigation. The combination of apical negative pressure, ultrasonic activation, and the new shockwave technology, along with a high irrigant flow rate, resulted in highly effective canal cleaning.

Obturation

The negative pressure obturation technique enables a dense and controlled filling. The image demonstrates how the BC Sealer is actively drawn into all canal areas by the applied vacuum.

Obturation

Root canals finally filled with gutta-percha points.

Post-OP X-Ray

The post-operative X-Ray demonstrates a well-condensed and anatomically complete obturation of the root canal system.
Post-OP X-Ray 2

Zoom

Multiple fine apical ramifications are visible, highlighting the completeness of the cleaning and obturation.
